About Me
Dr Sylette DeBois is a 7-time Daisy Award nominee, founder, and CEO of Dr. Sylette Enterprise Inc and Nursing First Academy. She is an author, professional speaker, and educator, and has over 30 years of experience in healthcare and has used her passion for nursing to educate thousands of new nurses.
Through her company she offers inspiration and empowerment to the nursing community and health care facilities across the nation. She received her Doctorate in Nursing with a focus of Healthcare Leadership in 2017 and since then she has been non-stop trying to improve healthcare with her effective leadership style.
Dr Sylette Debois recently authored 7 books on Amazon with 6 of the books being self-published. She runs an online company “The Journal Boutique” which creates journals and products for the mental and physical wellness of black women.
